Prevent Transactions on Closed Invoices

Server-side validation has been added to prevent further transactions on a recently closed invoice.
In addition to this, server-side validation has been added to prevent an invoice with a balance, other than zero, from being closed.

  1. New orders will no longer be allowed on a recently closed invoice.
  2. A order can still be cancelled on a recently closed invoice. This is to cater for the case when one user closes an invoice while another user is trying to place an order.
  3. Voids will no longer be possible on recently closed invoices.
  4. Transfers will no longer be possible on recently closed invoices.
  5. It will no longer be possible to transfer transactions to a recently closed invoice.
  6. Gratuity and other additional charges cannot be placed or reversed on a recently closed invoice.
  7. Discounts and discount reversals will no longer be possible on recently closed invoices.
  8. Payments and payment reversals will no longer be possible on recently closed invoices.

The mobile app can now be used on Android TV devices.

Only the bump screen is available on TVs.

A mouse is required to focus text and number inputs.

If you go to the Reductions pages and look at confirmed reductions you should see the newly created reduction with a reference back to the recipe reduction.

Bump Screen Additional Features

Tablet Bump Screen - Show Order
  1. POS orders are now expandable on the bump screen.
  2. The first 2 in the pending column are expanded by default.
  3. The first 4 in the preparing grid are expanded by default.
Order Duration Colour Indication

POS orders will change colour from green → yellow (after 8 minutes) →  red (after 12 minutes) from the time they were last moved on the bump screen.

Recipes Reductions

Added Recipes Reductions

A new page was created to manage the Recipe Reductions, the page can be found under the Stock Menu in the navigation bar on the Web App. 

The screen is very simple, you search for the recipe you want to reduce and you set the quantity. When you are happy with the recipe reduction you can confirm it. 

At this point a Stock Reduction will be created with all the ingredients from the recipes, the ingredients will be consolidated and the stock movement will take place.
