Stock Reductions on the Mobile App    

Users are now able to create and confirm Stock Reductions from the mobile app. 

The invoice template now matches the quote template in the Quotes module, giving customers a consistent layout across quotes and invoices.

Grant User Access When Creating Stores & Outlets    

When a user creates a new store or outlet, you’ll now be prompted to grant user access straight away. Select the users who should have access, then confirm. You can still skip this step and manage access later if you prefer. This helps get new stores and outlets ready for use more quickly, without a separate follow-up step.

ARM Account Top-ups       

You can now top up an ARM account from the member profile using cash, card, NebulaPAY or Payment Switch. 

 After a top-up: 

Added the option to use printer tags on the Bump Screens. When configured on the device, it will override the Manage Filters and Watchlist config on the outlet. The cards on the Bump Screens will be managed independently and only when all Bump Screens involved in the order has move to a specific status will Buzz be updated with the status.

Templates added to Reductions and Issues       

Customers can now create templates for items they regularly issue or reduce, making daily stock adjustments quicker. These templates work like order templates and are available for both Issue and Reduction.

WooCommerce Integration   

NebulaPOS now integrates directly with WooCommerce, enabling retailers to seamlessly connect their online stores with their point-of-sale operations.

Duplicate Product Creation Prevention     

Should users now attempt to create a product that already exists with the same or similar naming convention the system will do a check on the account and display the products that have the same or similar names.

Users can now download Internal Documents and Invoices for confirmed global deliveries from earlier periods.

In the Global Delivery Listing Report, open a delivery and use Download Past Internal Documents. Filter by stock period, date range, delivery number, or store, then download the documents you need.

The integration between the N1 Business-to-Business and the NebulaPOS Stock Module, enabling NebulaPOS Stock Module to securely submit purchase orders directly to the N1 Order Management System (OMS). The integration provides secure authentication, automated order submission, and order tracking capabilities, streamlining the procurement process and reducing manual intervention.

ARM Account Number Lookup    

Account numbers for AR profiles are now validated more consistently across web and mobile. When you enter an account number manually, it must be at least 3 characters. You can still leave it blank to auto-generate one. The same rule applies when importing profiles, so short or incomplete account numbers are caught before import.

POS Void value added to the Summary Reports   

When an item is voided using a reason that does not return it to stock, the associated revenue is recorded as a Revenue POS Void in the Summary reports.
