Split amounts by the same % as the payment amounts if the payment is less than the full amount

It is now possible to use another payment type with a room charge on dockets in PlusPoint when interfacing to Lodgix.
When a room charge and another payment type is used on a docket, each group on the invoice that was paid gets posted to the guest account in proportion to the payments. 
Example: 
A docket with R50 food, R40 beverage and R10 tip paid with R50 Cash and R50 Room charge, will now post half of each of those amounts to the room account. 
(Lodgix posts each split).
