Prevent the same user from logging into PlusCentral on more than one session

System Lockout password invalid x number attempts and unlock tick

A setting has been added to limit the number of login attempts that a user gets before they get blocked.
In system configuration the number of allowed attempts is defined - if clients do not wish to enforce a limit, this may be set to 999.
On the Employee Code the number of failed attempts will be displayed. A successful login will set this count back to zero but if the employee has reached 
the login limit, this field will have to be set back to zero in order for them to log in again.
A utility has also been added to unlock all employees.

Require a Data export of of all the transactions with the guests details name, vehicle reg no etc.

A CSV Export option has been added to the Invoice Summary Report.
With the extended details check box ticked, the extended invoice details are included in the export.
