Password protect database backups

In order to better protect guest information in light of the new legislation, backups created through PlusCentral, the end of day process and out of SQL Admin will now be locked.
It will not be possible to restore locked databases directly through SQL Server Management Studio, only through the HTI SQL Admin application.

Locked backups will have the file extension HTB (HTI Backup)
A "Restore protected" button has been added to SQL Admin, this is the only way to restore a locked backup.
Older backups that may still be in .bak or .cbf formats can still be restored through the existing "Restore database" button but these should ideally be deleted whenever possible.
