Screen grid improvements

Readability has been improved on several of the grids (like the one below) throughout the system.

Affected grids/columns:
  1. GL Number and PMS# on Sales outlets

Authorisation added to all Stock functions

Stores now have options to authorise all stock-related actions before they may be committed.
When a store is set to require authorisation, the message below appears if the commit has not been authorised.

Rebuild to remove all invalid and blank store codes from DT_Levels

Theoretical rebuilds on stores now remove entries from DT_Levels that have blank or invalid store codes.

NPOS site code 36 characters

The Site Code under General Administration > System Configuration > Point of Sale (tab) accepts 36 characters to accommodate the increased length of NebulaPOS unique site codes for clients using PlusPoint stock with NebulaPOS.
