Members- and booking changes

Several changes have been made to the members module and table bookings.
a. When an outlet is set to prompt for member number, 
opening a new invoice presents the option to swipe the member's card or use the lookup.

b. The table descriptions of members' tables are now displayed in blue. 

c. A "Unit Number" field has been added to member accounts.

d. Filters have been added to the member accounts screen for Unit Number and Vehicle Registration number

e. Table bookings can now be managed from PlusCentral and not only from the POS terminal "Actions" section.

f. Meal options A, B and C have been added and they are added together for Total Pax. These may be used to indicate meal choices or menu options.

g. The option to No Show a booking has been added

h. A new "Booking Grid" report has been added that shows a week's meal bookings. It has several filters and sorting options
