Stock Take uncommit now Re-Create

To prevent issues caused by stock takes that are uncommitted and then deleted, the uncommit button has been replaced with a "re-create" button that will copy the contents to a new stock take that may be updated and then committed.
The original stock take will remain in the system and may not be changed or deleted.

Added a utility to rebuild closing stock from last stock take transactions

This utility is intended for cases where the stocktake figures for the last period are correct but for whatever reason, they were not applied as closing values.
The utility uses the last stocktake figures to rebuild the closing values for a period. 
The utility that resets opening stock to the last period's closing stock must then be run and a theoretical rebuild must then be done.
