Shift Reading does not Print
In order for the Shift Reading to Print the workstation needs to be added on PlusCentral with the Bill Printer defined.
- When you open PlusPoint and you receive a message "The Workstation has not been built in the system configuration" then this means the workstation is not defined on PlusCentral.
- To Add the workstation navigate to PlusCentral -> Administration -> Point of Sale Administration -> Workstations.
- Click on "Add" and complete the process of adding the workstation.
