Shift Reading does not Print

Shift Reading does not Print

In order for the Shift Reading to Print the workstation needs to be added on PlusCentral with the Bill Printer defined.

  1. When you open PlusPoint and you receive a message "The Workstation has not been built in the system configuration" then this means the workstation is not defined on PlusCentral.
  1. To Add the workstation navigate to PlusCentral -> Administration -> Point of Sale Administration -> Workstations.
  1. Click on "Add" and complete the process of adding the workstation.
