Where can I see Revenue transactions that were Adjusted or Corrected in Apex?
In order to see Adjusted or Corrected revenue the below steps need to be followed:
1. Reports
Navigate to Reports -> Front Office Reports -> Front Office Department Audit Report.
- The Front Office Department Audit Report will show all the Adjustments and Corrections that have taken place over a certain date range.
- By clicking on the "Status" drop down arrow the user can decide to see either Corrections, User Adjusted transactions or All Adjusted transactions.
- User Adjusted refers to transactions adjusted by users and All Adjusted will include user adjusted transactions as well as, transactions adjusted by the system when distribution takes place.
- To generate the Corrected or Adjusted transactions select the preferred status and thereafter the date range.
- Users can toggle between "Today's Transactions" or "Posted on System Date" which will require the posted on dates to be entered. "Posted on PC Date" refers to the computer date should the system date and the computer date not be the same.
- "Applied on Date" refers to when transactions were applied and "Transferred Date" refers to the date when transactions where transferred. These are not commonly used when searching for Corrected or Adjusted Transactions.
- Once the fields have been completed click on the Preview or Print button to view the results.
- The Adjusted or Corrected transactions will now be displayed.
