Where do I add/set Default and Mandatory fields in NebulaPMS?

Default fields will always be completed when making  a reservation, this can help speed up and simplify the reservation process and can be setup by System Administrators.

There are two places where Default fields are added:
1. Defaults and Mandatory Fields.
2. Profiles and/or Debtors.

1. Defaults and Mandatory Fields
To set Default fields navigate to:
  1. Settings -> General Administration -> Defaults & Mandatory.
  2. Assign the Default fields, only one option can be chosen for each field.
  3. You do not need to assign all fields just the ones of your choosing.

2. Profiles
The Profiles are Guest, Agent, Company, Debtor, Representative, Guide and Debtor Profiles which can be assigned as Default Fields.

Parking Bay

Additional Fields:
  1. On the Agent and Company fields a Debtor can be assigned.
  2. On the Agent profile a contracted rate code can be assigned.

Please Note
  1. Users are able to change these fields on the reservation.
  2. Will affect all properties if there are Multi properties on NebulaPMS.
  3. Default fields need to be built first before they can be selected or added to reservations.
