Where do I see published Rates in NebulaCRS?

To see the Rate amounts which were published the below steps need to be followed:

1. Publish History

Location:
  1. Select the Rates Tab.
  2. Select Publish.
  3. Look for the History button on the Right hand side of the screen.
Selection Criteria:
  1. Date Request - date and time the publish button was selected.
  2. Date Started - date and time the rate started publishing.
  3. Date Published - date and time rate completed publishing to eRes.
  4. Hotel - property published.
  5. Rate Code - base rate code published.
  6. User - user who published the rate.
  7. Status - Published, Calculating, Unpublished, publishing, publishing (waiting), An error occurred, cancelled.
Selecting the line item will display:
  1. Rates Tab:
    1. The Base Rate amount which was published.
    2. Will display per Room category, per date published.
    3. Single and Sharing rate will display. Unit rate will not display.
    4. Rates with 0 amount were not published.
  2. Actions Tab:
    1. Date and time of action.
    2. Action - base rate change, demand calendar change.
    3. User - user who actioned the change.
Output:
  1. Report can be exported in Excel format.
  2. Fields Exported: QueuePosition, PropertyName, RateCode, Name, RatePublishStatus, RatePublishProgress, ProgressDescription, RatePublishException, RequestDateTime, PublishStartTime, EstimatedDuration, EstimatedStartTime, EstimatedEndTime, PublishEndTime, UserID, UserLoginName
2. Published Rates Report
Location:
  1. Select the Rates Tab.
  2. Select Reports.
  3. Next select Published Rates.
Business Rules:
  1. The report will display published rates which were published according to the selection criteria.
  2. Unit rates will not be displayed.

Selection Criteria:
1. By Day
  1. Include Derived Rates.
  2. Filters - Hotel, Date, Week, Day, Room Category, Currency, Rate Code, Plan, Single Rate Amount, Double Rate Amount.
2. By week
  1. Hotel, Room Category, Start Date, End Date, Include Derived Rates, Single or Double Rate Selection.
3. By Room Category
  1. Hotel, Date, Include Derived Rate, Single or Double Rate Selection.
4. By Rate Category
  1. Hotel, Room Category, Date, Include Derived Rate, Single or Double Rate Selection.
5. Chart
  1. Hotel, Room Category, Date, Include Derived Rate, Single or Double Rate Selection.
Output:
  1. Exported in CSV or PDF.
3. Rooms and Rates Report

Location:
  1. Select the Reports Tab.
  2. Next click on Listings.
  3. Finally select the Rooms and Rates report.
Description:
  1. The Report serves as a listing of rooms with all rates loaded against these rooms.
Typical Uses:
  1. The Report provides a listing of all rooms with rates loaded against these room types. This listing may be used after a new setup and installation to verify the capturing of rate codes and rates per room type and property.
  2. The Reservations manager may use the report to verify the rate values on a weekly or monthly basis.
  3. Properties may use the report to reconcile rates between CRS and PMS.
Business Rules:
  1. The report will include all room types with valid rates (active within the user defined period) loaded against the room type.
  2. Derived/Linked Rates will be included if they are published. If they have note been published, they will not display.

Selection Criteria:
  1. Date range - From, To: The user starts the reporting process by specifying a date range on the report selector. All rate codes that are active
    within the users defined range will be included in the report output.
  2. Property Selection list - Default = All. A list of properties is available for selection of multiple or individual properties for inclusion in the report output.
  3. Rate Code Selection List -Default = All. A list of all Rate codes is available for selection of required Rate codes.
Output:
  1. Exported in PDF or CSV.
  2. Rates are grouped by property by room type.
  3. Rate codes are in Alphabetical order.
