Which Report can I use to see my Stock Movement in PlusCentral?

In order see the Stock Movement the below steps need to be followed.

1. Stock Reports

  1. Navigate to Administration -> Reports -> Stock Reports -> Movement Report.
  1. The Movement report can be printed to tract the stock movement for individual stores and by units or value.
  1. The Stock Movement Report is the first report to be investigated after committing a stock take.
  1. This report displays the following information:
  1. Store name, printed by, date and time, stock item code, stock item description, category, opening stock level, delivered units, units issued into the store, units issued out of the store, external issued units, reductions, units sold as manual sales, units sold at POS, theoretical level, closing units, variance, Movement Sales %.
  1. The calculation of the Theoretical Levels displayed on the report:
  1. Theoretical level = Opening stock + Delivery + Issue In - Issue Out - External Issues – Reductions – Manual Sales – POS Sales.
  1. The calculation of the Variance levels displayed are as follows:

  1. Variance level = Closing Units – Theoretical Units.

  1. This report will also display the amount of the manufactured recipes delivered into the store, and ingredients (stock items) reduced due to the making of the recipe. Once a portion is sold on the POS will it reduce from the bulk recipe that was manufactured.
  1. The last column of the Movement Report is MS% (Movement Sales percentage). A negative MS% is displayed when there were more stock sold than received, and a positive MS% is indicating that the unit received more stock than what was sold. The ideal is to have a zero balance in this column.
