Which Report can I use to see which User made changes to the Apex system?

Which Report can I use to see which User made changes to the Apex system?

In order to see who made changes on the Apex system the below steps need to be followed:

1. System Log Report
  1. Navigate to Reports -> System Reports -> System Log Reports.
  1. This report is very useful to see End of Day activity and processes running i.e. when the End Of Day was started, re-started, stopped, backups made and system codes deleted. Lost and found return items deleted from the list will also display on this report.
  1. The System Log Report can be filtered by heading, description, workstation activity, employee activity, date range.
  1. The Report will display the actual time, computer date, system date, workstation name, heading or activity type, description of activity type and ID of person conducting activity.
