Why are eRes Word documents not generating on my new workstation?

Why are eRes Word documents not generating on my new workstation?

In order to generate Word documents on a new workstation the below steps need to be followed:
1. Control Panel
It may occur that the new workstation will not have default programs specified. 
  1. To check this open the computer's Control Panel and select Programs -> Default Programs.
  1. Next select "Set your default programs".
  1. Click "Choose Default apps by file type".
  1. Search for ".dot" and make sure the App linked to it is Word.

When opening a Word document from eRes a "TMP" folder is automatically created usually in the "Downloads" folder on the computer. Should this not be the case please create this folder manually in the downloads folder. 

Thereafter close eRes and reopen eRes again. The documents should be generated successfully.
