Why is my Apex Interface not sending any data to the Guest Survey systems?
Please follow the below steps to ensure that the necessary guest surveys are sent:
- One of the reasons for Apex not sending any guest survey information might be that there were no check outs for the day.
- To confirm please navigate to Reports -> Reservation Reports -> Arrival, Stayover and Departures Report.
- Select the date where no guest surveys were sent and preview the report. All Departures for the day in question will be displayed.
- Next ensure that the Apex Guest Survey Interface Controller is running on the server. The Apex Guest Survey Interface shortcut can be located on the server desktop, by double clicking on the Apex Interface icon it will open the interface.
- In certain scenarios the interface might be running on a normal computer on the same network, the above mentioned steps will also apply to open the interface should it not be running.
- Should the icon not be on the server desktop or any computer on the network please contact your HTI Client Success Agent for assistance.
- Some other rules to consider to ensure that information is sent to the Guest Survey partners, includes making sure that the following guest details have been captured correctly:
- Valid Email address.
- First Name field completed.
- Last Name field completed.
- Country field completed.
