How do I reopen a closed invoice on the Point of Sale?

In order to reopen a closed invoice on PlusPoint please follow the below steps: 

1. Control Menu

1. Please note you will require Supervisor rights to complete this action.

1. Open PlusPoint and select "Show Closed" at the top of the page.

1. Select the invoice that needs to be reopened and click on the "Control Menu", thereafter enter your Supervisor code.

1. Select the "Reopen Invoice" button and the invoice will be open once again.
