I cannot find an OTA/Channel reservation in eRes, what do I do next?

I cannot find an OTA/Channel reservation in eRes, what do I do next?

In order to find the reason for the OTA reservation not being in eRes the below steps need to be followed:
1. GDS Exception Report

The first step would be to look at the GDS Exception Report. Navigate to Tools -> System Administration -> Interfaces -> GDS  -> Exception Reports.
  1. Next check the "Conf Nbr" column and the date the reservation was made to search for error messages.
  1. The Confirmation number is what eRes receives from the OTA's. 
  1. To view the error message highlight the relevant message and click on the "View Detail" button. This view will stipulate the error details.
  1. Once the errors have been resolved the messages can be deleted.
