Why is the POS Sales column not reflecting Food revenue on certain Reports?

1. Food Revenue

Generally in order to calculate Food cost in PlusCentral we work on consumption, this means that stock items are NOT reduced when food is sold in the Outlets.

This is the reason behind the POS Sales column not reflecting the Food Revenue. Food Revenue should be captured as a Manual Sale.

Should PlusCentral interface with a PMS these Food Revenue figures are found on the Revenue Reports.
