At HTI we are constantly trying to improve our service levels and procedures with innovative and efficient ways of handling customer support calls. Our agents are here to handle application issues with speed and accuracy during office hours, and in the case of after hour emergencies we provide free 24/7 telephonic support.

The HTI office hours are outlined as follows:
  1. Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 17:00
  2. Fridays 07:00 - 16:00
(The office is also closed during all public holidays and over the December holiday season)

With multiple software products that are always being enhanced, HTI has to be adaptable in terms of support and service. We therefore offer our clients multiple platforms in which to log your general HTI product enquiries with us.

What is an emergency?
  1. Complete & utter stop of service delivery.
  2. Loss of business.
  3. Operational Standstill
  4. Production application down or major malfunction resulting in the majority of users unable to perform their normal functions.
