How do I add a Rate code which is not listed on the NebulaCRS Lite Portal?
On the NebulaCRS Lite Portal, there is a list of Rate codes under Hotel Rate Codes that the property may use.
If there is a Rate Code which is not on the list, please contact the Client Success Team.
- Advise them what Rate Code you need and who it will connect to.
- The Client Success Team will look for an alternative code to use or a hidden code.
