How do I add a Rate code which is not listed on the NebulaCRS Lite Portal?

On the NebulaCRS Lite Portal, there is a list of Rate codes under Hotel Rate Codes that the property may use.

If there is a Rate Code which is not on the list, please contact the Client Success Team.
  1. Advise them what Rate Code you need and who it will connect to.
  2. The Client Success Team will look for an alternative code to use or a hidden code.
