NebulaCRS/eRes Property Reservation Notifications
eRes / NebulaCRS will send email notifications for reservations made on eRes to the email addresses listed on the property settings.
What notifications are sent?
Any reservation which is made on eRes will send a notification, whether it is made from a channel, Booknow or central reservations.
These notifications are for reservations that are created, amended/modified, or canceled.
At this stage the type of notification cannot be specified, for example, you cannot specify notifications from a particular channel or source nor whether only new, modified or canceled reservation notifications are sent.
How is this enabled?
To enable property notifications please log a ticket on the HTI Help Center as this is done in the database
The setting which will be enabled on eRes will be: EmailProperty.Enabled
The "from" email address will also need to be specified.
Specifying the "from" email address?
Advise HTI of one email address for eRes/NebulaCRS Instance
The setting which will be enabled on
eRes will be: Mail.From and the email address specified
Option to Specify CC email address :
The setting which will need to be enabled on eRes is EmailProperty.CC and the
email addresses specified.
Adding, editing, removing email addresses to receive notifications
- On NebulaCRS go to Inventory > Hotels
- Select the property
- Under General, where the email address field is, this is where the email address can be inputted, updated or removed.
Multiple Email Addresses:
If multiple email addresses need to be specified, input the email address followed by a comma (,) and then the next email address.
How do I see the notification emails sent to a property?
- On eRes go to Tools > Email History > Properties
- You may use the dates sent or the reservation number to search the history, click on View once set the parameters.
- If there was an error, this will be displayed in the error column for the reservation.
The property is not receiving the notifications?
Please check the following:
There are no errors on the reservation email notification
The email address listed on the property is correct
The "from" email address is whitelisted, please ask your IT to check this
The emails are not going to the Spam box.
