Unable to launch the eRes Application after a Java Upgrade

Not all Java versions are compatible with your eRes application. We suggest that you do not update it when prompted.
Should you receive an error after a Java upgrade, the resolution is to re-install the older version of Java.

To downgrade your Java please follow the below steps:

1. Uninstall Java
            Please follow the Microsoft article on how to remove a program or app
2. Once you have uninstalled Java, please select the applicable download link below. All newer computers are 64 bit.
4. Unzip the file and then run the .exe
5. Launch eRes as normal
