Before you Start

AskNebula provides custom reports and visualizations for hospitality data. AskNebula is designed for enterprise-level reporting and custom visualisation, this is the ultimate tool for data analysts.
Users can easily create custom reporting widgets and build dynamic dashboards tailored to the organisation’s needs. Consolidate data from all verticals into a single, intuitive visual platform, and elevate business intelligence. Users can even schedule automated email reports to keep your team in the loop—effortlessly.

Prerequisites

1. Signed Quote for AskNebula
2. Active email address for verification.

Idea
Please follow the below steps to Sign Up for AskNebula

1. Sign Up

Open the link https://ask.hti.app and click on SIGN UP

This will take you to the page to register your details.


2. Complete your details

Complete your details (Email, Password, First Name, Last Name) and then click "REGISTER".

Password Requirements
While the AskNebula sign-up guide doesn't specify password requirements, it's always recommended to create a secure password for your account. A strong password helps protect your information and prevent unauthorized access.

3. Verify email address

You will then receive an email to your verify email address:
The email will come from HTI noreply@htihospitality.tech with the Subject "Verify your email for NebulaONE"

Not receiving verification email?
  1. If the verification link doesn't arrive then click on the Resend verification email
  2. Check email address used is correct
  3. Check that email is not in Spam or Trash folder
  4. Ask your IT to check the email security settings is not blocking noreply@htihospitality.tech 
  5. Check with HTI consultant you have been dealing with for assistance

4. Inform HTI Support

Let the HTI consultant you have been dealing with know you have signed up and the email address you used. They will then add you so you may begin using the reports.
