How do I activate Happy Hour in PlusCentral?
In order to activate Happy Hour the below steps need to be followed:
1. Category Codes
- Access PlusCentral and navigate to Administration -> Stock Administration -> Category Codes. Select the Category you would like to activate Happy Hour discounts on and click on the "Change" button.
- Next enter the Happy Hour discount percentage for example:50%.
- Remember to select the "Save" button once complete.
2. Point of Sale
- Access the Point of Sale and click on the Control menu. Supervisor Authorisation will be required please enter your supervisor code.
- Thereafter click on the "Start Happy Hour" button at the bottom of the screen, once selected Happy Hour will be active and displayed on the main Point of Sale screen.
- Please note you will need to stop Happy Hour once the period has passed. In order to accomplish this select the Control menu again and click on the "End Happy Hour" button.
