Why do I have an error on my NetReports Interface?
1. NetReports Interface
- HTI will be migrating NetReports to Google so that all the PDF reports are uploaded to a new FTP server on Google.
- Some changes were required to allow the NetReports/WebReports Interface to connect to the Google environment.
- These changes were made in Apex version 2.45 revision 0423.
- No changes to the Interface settings are required but an upgrade to the above release will be needed. The HTI Client Success Agents will be in contact to arrange an upgrade to the latest release.
- The Interface will display a 'Socket Error' message if Apex is not upgraded to the required version:
- These Apex End Of Day reports are still stored and accessible on the server. Additionally until the upgrade is processed the reports will wait to be sent on NetReports. Once upgraded the NetReports Interface will be able to successfully connect and send these past reports.
- The NetReports site will still be accessible with the same URL and existing user credentials.
