Update reservations with rates 

A changed rate value being saved asks if future reservations should be updated, some reservations were being skipped in this process. It has been fixed and all reservations with the changed market code are now updated.

Occupied rooms less complimentary rooms Today Last Year is not correct 

The figure that shows under the number of occupied rooms minus complimentary rooms (Today last year) on the Managers Report now subtracts the complimentary room count from the occupied room count as it should.

Hard code and Hide username and password on GENFTPSTAT

STR's FTP credentials are confidential. The correct username and password for STR has been hardcoded and will be used if the STR setting is set to "Yes". If STR is set to "No" the username and password for the third party to which you are interfacing with must be specified along with the rest of the settings. Please see the STR Interface Manual for the settings.

Rate Schedule Info button added to Control Menu

A button has been added to the control menu that shows which rate schedules are being used. 
It allows a user to see which schedules are linked to the rate code on the reservation. This will make it easier to see if there is a change in rate schedules during the stay and also, when a warning appears about nights not having rates defined, to see which dates do not have rates built.
Please note that only the current state of the reservation is reflected.

Ignore List index out of bounds error

The List index out of bounds error in itself does not cause any process to fail but the error message it generates stops the controller when you click "Ok" on the error. If it wasn't for that, the controller would just have carried on running - to prevent having the application error message come up and force the controller to stop, the error will now be ignored, the interface will recover at its next interval.

The option to remove a Rewards number from a reservation has been added to the Control Menu.

Divide "Share Override Rate" when adding new share

The wording of the selection between a share with a new reservation or an existing one has been changed. The rate values in the share details have been removed.
Once the share has been completed, the reservation must be closed/opened (refreshed in some way) for the rate value to display correctly. 
When the share details are first saved, it shows half of the single rate but with a refresh, updates to half of the sharing rate.
If one of the shared reservations no-shows (1 pax per share/2 pax in the room in total), the other one will be charged as a single, not half of the sharing rate.

Sorting on Print Format Utility 

Sorting options have been added to the Print Format Utility for the lines that make up the print format. 
When "Created" is selected, the lines are sorted as they always were, in the sequence in which they were created. 
The other two sorting options make it possible to sort by "Top", for example, so that the contents can be read as they appear from top to bottom on the document.

Percentage Rate Change Function 

In Rate Schedules, it is now possible to change rate values by percentage. 
This will be particularly useful in scenarios like a Winter special for example, where last years rate schedule can be copied and a 5% increase can just be added to it for use this year. 
Please remember to copy the Rate Schedule to a new one first as this tool will overwrite the existing values. 
There is an option to round up, round down or not to round at all. Rounding can be done to the nearest whole amount, to ten or to 100.

Banking details added to Debtors Statement 

Two sets of banking details can be added per property. A checkbox setting has been added to Debtors Masters to "use 2nd bank". 
When set, the second set of banking details is printed on the Debtors Statement.
