How do I create an Apex shortcut?

In order to create a Apex shortcut on your Desktop the below steps need to be followed: 
1. Shortcut
  1. Click on the Windows Menu button,
  2. Select or Search for the "RUN" Option .
  3. Enter the IP Address of the server or the Computer name for instance \\10.0.0.15\HTI\Apex\ or \\Server\HTI\Apex\ in the Dialogue Box and click enter.
  4. When the Apex Folder opens, search for the Apex.exe
  5. When you find the Apex.exe, right-click on the icon and select "Send to Desktop (create shortcut)".
