How do I change/add Images on BookNow?

In order to change or add new Images on BookNow the below steps need to be followed:
1. Image Carousel
An array of Property Images can be uploaded here which will display on the Image Carousel on the BookNow Homepage. The user will have the ability to link each image to the pertaining Property screen, so when the user selects the image on the Image Carousel, the user will be navigated to the Hotel info screen.
1.1 Adding an Image
The image uploaded here will be added to the Image Carousel and will display on the Home Page. The image must have a 300 pixels high x 670 pixels wide dimensions.
  1. Click on the "Add" button to add an image.
  1. Click in the "Caption" block and add a caption for the image.
  1. Next click on the "Browse" button to browse for the desired image, once the image has been selected a preview will be displayed on the page. 
  1. Thereafter the user can link the image to the Properties screen. Once this has been linked, should a guest click on the property image on the BookNow page they will be directed to the "Property Information" screen on BookNow to gain more information on the specific property.
  1. Lastly select the "Publish to my Website" option and save the settings entered. This is vital to ensure the changes are published on BookNow.
  1. Once all the images have been added and published it will be indicated on the list of images on the Carousel Page.
1.2 Edit Image
  1. A previously added images can be edited by selecting the image from the list on the Carousel page and by clicking on the "Edit" button.
  1. Next the user can edit the image caption and also replace the current image with a new one by browsing and selecting a new image.
  1. Please remember to activate the "Publish to my Website" tick to ensure this is published on BookNow
  1. Remember to select the "Save" button once completed.
1.3 Delete Image
  1. An image can also be deleted from the Image Carousel, select the image from the list and click on the "Delete" button. Once confirmed the image will be removed from the list.
  1. Please note the changes will only reflect once it has been published on the "Publish" tab.
2. Property Info
Content pertaining to Property and Room Category descriptive information, directional information, the upload of Property and Room Category thumbnails and images will be managed from this Tab. Furthermore, key information and content will also be published to the Website or Social Networks from this Tab.

2.1 Property Thumbnail
The Property Thumbnail image will display on the Search Result page, the Hotel Info page and also on the Rates Screen. The user can upload any image size and BookNow will automatically resize the image to the appropriate thumbnail size. The user can also add and delete thumbnails from here if they are no longer required.
  1. To add a Property Thumbnail click on the "Browse" button to browse for the desired image, once the image has been selected a preview will be displayed on the page. 
  1. The image can also be cropped or deleted should the user require to do so.
2.2 Property Images
Property Images must be 133 x 99 pixels before they can be uploaded. The user can Add, Edit or Delete any images form here. Additional Property Images on the Carousel must be 300 x 670 pixels wide.
  1. The user can add Property images that will display on the Image Carousel on the Home Page as well as on the Hotel Info screen.
  1. Once the user selects "Add" the Property images screen will display where the user can add a caption, select and preview the uploaded image and select where it should be published.
2.3 Room Category Images
  1. A Room Category thumbnail is uploaded per Room Category selected. 
  1. The user will browse for the desired image to be used as the Room Category and BookNow will automatically resize the image to the appropriate size. 
  1. The required dimensions for the Room Category images are 133 x 99 pixels wide. 
  1. The user can also delete the uploaded image to replace it with another.
Please note
Changes saved on the Properties screen will only take effect when the user publishes the changes on the "Publish" tab.
