How do I add/edit Property or Room descriptions on BookNow?

On your Booknow Page there are Long and Short Property and Room descriptions which will allow the guest to see more about the rooms and property.
These fields should be selling points for your property and rooms on offer.
To update these descriptions, log onto your BookNow Content manager.

1. Update Property Descriptions
  1. Select the Site that requires the Property update.
  2. On the Property Info Tab select the property you wish to update.
  3. Enter the Short and Long description for the property.
  4. Tick "Publish on my Website".
  5. Click on the "Save" button.
  6. Select the Publish Tab.
  7. Publish the Changes.
  8. The BookNow Property Descriptions are now updated.
The Short description has a character limit of 300 characters, including spaces and special characters.
The Long description has a character limit of 2000 characters, including spaces and special characters.

2. Update Room Category Descriptions
  1. Select the Site that requires the property descriptions to be updated.
  2. On the Property Info Tab, select the property you wish to update.
  3. Select the Room you wish to update.
  4. Enter the Short and Long description for the property.
  5. Tick "Publish on my Website".
  6. Click on the "Save" button.
  7. Select the Publish Tab.
  8. Publish the Changes.
  9. The BookNow Property Descriptions are now updated.
