How do I add Room numbers on NebulaPMS?

Adding rooms on NebulaPMS is linked to your license, if you are adding additional rooms to your property, please contact your Client Success Team for a quote for additional rooms.
See below steps to add Room number/s to your system:
1. Adding a Room Number
  1. Navigate to Settings -> Property -> Room.
  2. Select the Property from the drop down list.
  3. Click on "Add".
1.1 General
  1. Input the Room number (Up to 6 characters allowed)
  2. Select the Room Type, the new room will belong to.
1.2 Housekeeping and Display
  1. Floor: Floor number of room that will be displayed on the Room Rack.
  2. Housekeeping Section: When selected will group rooms together under the sections # on the Housekeeping Room List Report.
  3. HK Seq: The sequence the rooms follow on the various floors.
  4. Display Sequence: Refers to the order the room number should display in, on the Room Rack and Room Chart
  5. Beds: Amount of beds in the room.
1.3 Other
  1. Phone Number 1: Telephone Management System extension numbers.
  2. Phone Number 2: Telephone Management System extension numbers.
  3. Key Number 1: Key Card System Key Numbers.
  4. Key Number 2: Key Card System Key Numbers.
  5. TV Interface #: TV Interface number.
Click on "Save", the Room number has now been added to your property
