How to contact HTI during the Festive Season

How to contact HTI during the Festive Season

Dear HTI Client

On behalf of everyone at HTI, we would like to thank you for your continued support in 2023 and we look forward to being of service to you again in 2024.

With this in mind, we ask that you please take note that we will be taking a well-deserved break in December and that the HTI offices will be closed during the holiday season for any non-critical services.

Our offices will officially close on 21 December 2023 and will reopen again on 10 January 2024.  A small rotation of our Client Success Agents will however be available 24/7 for any emergency support-related queries you may have.

Should you require assistance during this period, we request that you please visit our Online Help Center or alternatively for emergencies please don't hesitate to contact our Client Success Team by calling the office and Press Option 2.

Office Line: +27 11 803 2208

Toll Free Line: +27 86 148 4797

We ask that you please stay connected until a Client Success Agent answers your call, as the phone may redirect to alternative numbers whilst trying to find the first available Client Success Agent.

In the event where you are unable to connect with one of our team members, please leave a detailed message with the below details:

  • Contact Name

  • Contact Number

  • The property your query pertains to; AND

  • The nature of your query and product

It is likely that all the team members may be engaged in critical support queries already and are unable to attend to your call immediately.  However, our team will return your call as soon as the first team member becomes available and receives your voice message or text.

We will however NOT be monitoring email boxes, chats, and queries logged through the online portal constantly, so please ensure critical support queries are made through the above after-hours channel.

We request that you please ensure that this information is provided to all your staff members that work on any of HTI's suite of products and may require our assistance during this period.  Please advise them that we will only be supporting Critical Support Queries, and standard support procedures will resume from 10 January onwards.

On behalf of everyone at HTI, we wish you a very blessed Festive Season and look forward to being your hospitality software provider of choice in 2024.

Have a Merry Christmas and a very prosperous New Year!

From all of us at HTI
