How do I update Banqueting Room Housekeeping Statuses?
Banqueting Room statuses can be changed to Ready, Clean and Dirty.
The Housekeeping status is displayed on the Function Room Availability Chart in the "Column St".
Green = R - Ready
Yellow = C - Clean
Red = D - Dirty
1. How Statuses are changed?
When an Event is marked complete, Apex will ask the user:
- Are you sure you want to complete the event?
- The room status will be set to Dirty - Are you sure?
The status of the room can be changed by right clicking on the Function room on the Function Room Availability Chart and changing the
status to either, Dirty, Clean or Ready.
Housekeeping may also update the room statues under "Room Status", there will be a tab for Function Rooms.
