How to change the pax on a Banqueting Room?
On NebulaPMS there are two places where the Pax is entered, this will
control the number of persons allowed in a function room when making a
banqueting booking.
The NebulaPMS System Administrator at the property will be able to make these changes
1. Function Room Max Pax
- Navigate to Settings -> Banqueting -> Property -> Room.
- Select the room you wish to change, Double Click on the Max Pax Field and change the pax.
- The Max Pax will need to be the most people this room can take on any room configuration.
2. Function Room Pax on Room Configuration
- Navigate to Settings -> Banqueting -> Property -> Room.
- Select the room you wish to change, click on the + sign next to the Room name, select the Room Configuration tab.
- Select the Room Configuration and Double Click on the Min Pax or Max Pax Field, change the pax.
- The Max pax defined here may not be more than the max pax defined on the room.
