Please log a ticket with the Client Success Team through our website or via email - this will not be done over the phone as HTI requires this information in writing.
  1. If you have forgotten/lost your username, please provide the following details:
    1. Full Name;
    2. Position;
    3. Email address assigned to your username;
    4. Property/s.
