How do I put a room on Maintenance in NebulaPMS?

In order to put a room on Maintenance the below steps need to be followed:

1. Maintenance

1. Please ensure that Maintenance Reasons have been added to the system, before attempting to put rooms on maintenance.
   
2. Next, navigate to Maintenance -> Maintenance.
   
3. Click on "Add".
   
4. Enter the from and to dates, the reason why the room is on maintenance as well as the room number.
   
5. All mandatory fields will be indicated with a red asterisks *.
   
6. Once all the details have been entered click on "Create".
   
7. The room will now be on Maintenance will not be available for booking, the Room Chart can also be accessed to view the maintenance room.
   
8. Should the Maintenance job be completed early, go to the maintenance button and select the maintenance job from the list by clicking on the room number.
   
9. Next, click on the "Complete" button.
   
10. Once this has been done the room will be removed from maintenance.
